In preserving the original Victorian details of this landmarked residence, our objective was also to adapt the space to meet the needs of a modern family of four. An oversized and outdated dining room was thoughtfully reimagined through the installation of wall-to-wall custom millwork, introducing a sense of warmth and intimacy while enhancing the room’s functionality. Each wall was treated with either vibrant paint or distinctive wallpaper, resulting in a sophisticated interplay of color and pattern. The design was completed with custom-fabricated furniture and bespoke rugs, carefully selected to unify the space and elevate its overall character.
